Today
is April 14,2010 and Andy turns 32. I decided to take his "after" photos on his birthday because I wanted him to realize that
this is the birthday that he has given himself the best gift he's ever had.....the gift of a new life. Just
a little over 5 months ago, Andy came to me with so much motivation to start on this path to a healthier lifestyle and
his determination has absolutely been inspiring to me. He has completely turned his sedentary life into something full
of energy, spirit and zest. In addition to the power of cardio, core and strength training, eating healthy played
a very important role in achieving Andy's goal and he has simply proven that if one eats "clean", you'll see jaw-dropping
results. I remember him texting me on Thanksgiving day asking me if he could have a small dessert. I about died
and told him "YES, YES...it's Thanksgiving dude !!! Even I was devouring a whole pecan pie, Haha. (that's the truth too...hmmm
maybe half of the pie;)
Andy was that on point and he never stops to impress me.
Happy Birthday, Andy !!! And enjoy the whole new life that starts today.

Letter from Andy:
Before
I started working out with Moni, my lifestyle was very unhealthy. I felt I was out of control. I would eat cheeseburgers,
french fries and pizza whenever possible; drink coca-cola 2-3 times a day; eat dessert with every meal; eat candy first thing
when I got home from work; and I even began smoking cigarettes on a regular basis. Most of these habits had been developing
for 20 years or so, and caring about what I ate was of little or no concern to me. Exercise was something I had done in the
past and planned to do again, but I just never got around to.
Once I turned 30
(exactly two years ago today), I began to notice a difference in how I was feeling physically. I was heavier than ever and
started to experience various aches and pains all over my body, especially in my feet. My stomach would often hurt, sleep
was often interrupted and even breathing was becoming very difficult. I began to realize that I needed to change my ways,
but felt powerless to do so. One day, my mom recommended to see her fitness trainer and I decided that this was my chance
to get my act together.
Once I talked to Moni, I decided to trust my diet and exercise regimen to him. Obviously, my way was simply not working.
It wasn't easy at first but I made up my mind that it was absolutely time for a complete lifestyle change and allowed Moni
to walk me through this journey.
If somebody told me six months ago that I would be in this kind of shape, I would have laughed at them. I am very pleased
with my results and I look forward to a life of continued health and success. And I am grateful to Moni for guiding me every
step of the way.
